About Rural Education and Development Programme
The Rural Education and Development Programme (REDEP) is a non-governmental, non-partisan organization based in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District of Ghana. Established in 1999, REDEP focuses on improving public health, education, environmental sustainability, and livelihood opportunities for rural communities. The organization envisions a future where positive behavioral changes enhance community relationships and health, eliminating diseases such as HIV/AIDS and promoting respect for human rights. Volunteers are welcomed to join REDEP in its mission to serve and uplift rural populations.
