To Make Its Resources, Human And Materials Available As The Channels Through Which The Compassion And Love Of Jesus Will Reach People/Communities Who Are Unreached, Lost, Demonised, Hurting And Need The Support, Encouragements, Counselling, Deliverance And Comfort Of Others To Get Over Their Limitations. To Serve Christian Communities By Helping Unite Christians/Churches, To Mobilize Resources Both In And Outside Ghana And Through Other Organizations And Individuals Who Share The Same Vision And Wish To Contribute To The Welfare Of People In Need, To Conduct Studies Into The Factors Responsible For The Suffering Of People And Putting Into Place Effective Strategies And Resources That Are Needed To Equip Them To Work Through Their Problems Either In Rehabilitation Centres To Be Established By "Coc" Or Other Centres As Appropriate. To Maintain And Run Comprehensive Outreach Programmes For Communities Throughout Ghana And Other Parts Of Africa, And Offer Training Using Seminars/Workshops
